Ticketing Policy

800 Club Ltd T/A Bottomless Parties (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is an event promoter and organiser. Events are held at third-party venues (hereinafter referred to as "the Venue"). The Company is not the owner, operator, or manager of any Venue. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Policy

Tickets purchased for events organised by the Company are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. In the event of loss, theft, or damage of tickets, replacements will not be issued. Tickets include options from the event menu only; any additional items or upgrades will be chargeable. The event menu will be provided in advance or on the day of the event.

2. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts that bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. In the event that the Company cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered an alternative event date or a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

3. Entry Policy

The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual at its discretion, including but not limited to reasons of inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or non-compliance with Venue policies. The Company may also refuse entry at its discretion. Guests are required to adhere to all safety and conduct guidelines as stipulated by both the Company and the Venue.

4. Menu Adjustments

The Company and/or the Venue reserve the right to adjust or substitute menu items without prior notice. Changes to food items may occur due to availability or seasonal considerations. Significant changes to the menu will be communicated to guests in advance where possible.

5. Drinks Offering Adjustments

The Company and/or the Venue reserve the right to alter or modify the drinks offering prior to or during the event. Substitutions or changes in the beverage menu may occur due to stock availability or other operational reasons.

6. Service Refusal

6.1. The Venue reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is deemed intoxicated, acting inappropriately, or in violation of Venue policies. The Company supports this policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff. All service decisions rest with the Venue and its staff.

6.2. Guests under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming or obtaining alcoholic beverages within the Venue. Alcohol will not be served to minors under any circumstances, including when requested by or with the permission of an accompanying adult. Under-18 guests may not share drinks, and no other person may obtain an alcoholic beverage on their behalf. To support enforcement, guests may be required to wear a wristband and must provide valid identification upon request. Venue staff will actively monitor compliance, and any breach of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the entire group from the premises.

7. General Conduct

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. The Venue and/or the Company have the authority to remove any individual from the premises if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

8. Photography and Video Recording

8.1. Photography and Video Footage: The Company and/or the Venue reserve the right to take photographs and video footage during events for promotional and archival purposes.

8.2. Consent to Photography: By attending an event, you grant consent to being photographed or recorded by the Company and/or the Venue. If you do not wish to be included in any photographs or videos, please inform the Company or Venue staff at the time of your arrival or before the event begins.

8.3. Guest-Shared Content: Any photos or videos shared by guests on the big screen or via other interactive features during the event may be used by the Company for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms and in marketing materials.

9. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, Venue closures, or unforeseen operational issues.

10. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit via the Company's booking or ticketing platform. Booking confirmation will outline the event details, including date, time, and Venue.

11. Late Arrivals

Guests arriving after the scheduled start time of the event may forfeit their booking. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Food service will not commence after the event has started. Guests arriving late will not be served food unless otherwise arranged in advance with the Company.

12. Damage to Property

12.1. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by guests to the Venue or its property. Any damage caused by a guest or their group during an event is the sole responsibility of the individual(s) concerned.

12.2. The Venue may pursue any claims for damage directly with the guest(s) responsible. By attending an event, guests acknowledge and accept full personal liability for any damage they cause to the Venue, its fixtures, fittings, or equipment.

12.3. The Lead Booker acknowledges that they may be held liable by the Venue for any damage caused by members of their party where the responsible individual cannot be identified.

13. External Vendors

External vendors must be approved by the Company and the Venue in advance.

13.1. Prohibited Sales: No external vendor is permitted to sell food, drinks, or services within the Venue without prior written consent from both the Company and the Venue.

13.2. Vendor Requirements: Approved vendors must provide proof of necessary insurance and comply with all health and safety regulations.

14. Accessibility

Guests with specific accessibility needs should notify the Company in advance. Accessibility provisions are subject to the facilities available at the Venue.

15. Child Policy

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

15.1. Children under 2: Children under the age of 2 are exempt from charges for family events. However, they will not receive any food, drink, or promotional items.

16. Health & Safety

16.1. Dancing on furniture or engaging in any activity that could endanger oneself or others is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

16.2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The Company accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by non-compliance, the actions of other guests, or the condition of the Venue.

17. Rules of Attendance

17.1. Guests must not bring outside food, drinks, or illegal substances into the Venue.

17.2. Attendees are required to dress appropriately for the event and wear suitable footwear to avoid injury.

18. Drinks Service Policy

The Venue operates a one-in-one-out policy. Guests must finish their current drink before ordering another.

18.1. If you are not satisfied with your drink, please inform Venue staff promptly for an exchange.

18.2. Bottomless Drinks Service: The two-hour bottomless service commences strictly at the stated event start time. Late arrival does not extend the service duration.

19. Liability Disclaimer

19.1. The Company acts solely as the promoter. It is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Venue or third-party suppliers.

19.2. Any claims relating to the Venue premises, food, or beverages should be directed to the Venue.

20. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on the Company's website.
